Data Analytics & AI Solutions

Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) – Cybersecurity Data Analytics Program (CDAP)
OCIITS serves as BEP’s primary incident response capability and cybersecurity situational awareness hub, coordinating with Treasury Shared Services SOC, DHS, and inter-Bureau partners. To strengthen this mission, BEP established the Cybersecurity Data Analytics Program (CDAP) – a data-centric initiative to prevent, detect, and predict risks while safeguarding mission-critical systems.

We support BEP’s Cybersecurity Data Analytics Program (CDAP) by modernizing its enterprise reporting and analytics environment. Our team developed a unified dashboarding framework, automated recurring reporting pipelines, and introduced data governance practices that improved accuracy, transparency, and compliance. In addition, we created data dictionaries and manage program documentation to ensure audit readiness and continuity. These efforts give BEP’s Security Operations Center real-time visibility into cyber threats, IT assets, and vulnerability trends - empowering leadership to make informed, timely decisions.

Transportation Security Administration (TSA) – Vetting & Analysis Division (VAD)
The Vetting Analysis Division (VAD) is central to TSA’s mission of safeguarding national transportation systems through continuous vetting, encounter analysis, workforce optimization, and operational readiness.

At VAD, we provide data analytics solutions that enable the Vetting & Analysis Division to process millions of daily passenger records with greater speed and accuracy. We designed executive dashboards that improve visibility across vetting operations and automated recurring data calls, reducing the manual burden of producing leadership and oversight reports. Our work has enhanced TSA’s ability to deliver accurate, timely insights while strengthening transparency and responsiveness at the national security level.

Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) G2
This effort supports the Army’s Intelligence Warfighting Function by advancing research, development, integration, and analytic capabilities that enable FORSCOM G-2 to enhance situational awareness and decision support. The work focuses on improving how intelligence is collected, processed, and delivered to commanders ensuring readiness, interoperability, and alignment with operational requirements across Army units.

Seamless Ecosystem Integration

At SGA, our approach starts with what you already have. Federal agencies have made significant investments in enterprise platforms and tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel), ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, Google Cloud, Cloudera/Hadoop, and Palantir. Many agencies also rely on Tableau, Qlik, ESRI ArcGIS, Jira/Confluence, and Splunk for data, analytics, and workflow support.
Rather than pushing new software immediately, we first work to maximize the value of these existing investments. That means integrating, configuring, and extending your current ecosystem to solve today’s challenges.
This approach:
-
Delivers higher ROI by leveraging licenses you already pay for.
-
Speeds adoption since your workforce is already familiar with these tools.
-
Reduces duplication and minimizes disruption to ongoing operations.
-
Strengthens integration across platforms for a unified enterprise view.
Only if we identify a genuine capability gap do we recommend new solutions, and even then, we ensure they integrate seamlessly with your environment. This guarantees that every dollar you spend works harder for you.
