Program/Project Manager

The Program/Project Manager directs projects from planning through delivery or serves as a Task Lead on large-scale efforts. This role acts as the central liaison between team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables, requirements, schedules, and meeting plans are clearly communicated throughout the project lifecycle. The Program/Project Manager owns schedule communication, including timely notification of any changes to all stakeholders, and plans and facilitates project meetings that align the team to shared methods and goals while tracking project tasks to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects efficiently from initial planning through final delivery, or serve as Task Lead on large-scale projects.
Serve as the primary liaison among team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, requirements, schedules, and meeting plans.
Communicate project schedules and any schedule changes to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
Plan and facilitate project meetings that align the team to established methods and goals and that track progress against project tasks.
Monitor project performance, identify risks and dependencies, and drive issues to resolution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or Management from an accredited institution.
10+ years of experience in the relevant discipline.
At least 5 years of experience working within a data analytics program.
Demonstrated experience managing and leading technical projects.

Certifications

PMP certification is required.
SAFe (Scaled Agile) or equivalent certification is desired. An equivalent certification covers a similar level of information security domains, or comparable depth of knowledge and experience.
